Chapter 7 Bankruptcy
Client completes bankruptcy intake packet and provides The Gaschler Law Firm with all necessary documents.
Client completes the required Credit Counseling course.
Bankruptcy information is entered and petition is prepared.
Client reviews petition with attorney.
Petition and Schedules are filed with the Court.
Approximately 30 days later a 341 meeting will be held with the Court appointed Trustee, the client and attorney.
Client completes the required Financial Management course and the certificate of completion is filed with the Court.
Approximately 75 days after the 341 meeting a discharge will enter for the case.

Client completes bankruptcy intake packet and provides The Gaschler Law Firm with all necessary documents.
Client completes the required Credit Counseling course.
Bankruptcy information is entered and petition and Chapter 13 plan are prepared.
Client reviews petition and plan with attorney.
Petition, Plan and Schedules are filed with the Court.
Client begins to make the Chapter 13 plan payments.
30 -45 days after filing - 341 Meting of Creditors is held with the Court appointed Trustee, client and attorney.
60 days after 341 Meeting - Confirmation hearing will be held with the Judge and attorney to confirm the plan.
Client makes monthly payments to Chapter 13 Trustee for 3-5 years.
Near the end of the plan period, the client will complete the Financial Management course and the certificate of completion will be filed with the Court.
